I saw Michele speak at the Women Veterans Alliance, Women Veterans Engage event and I knew she would be a great guest for the podcast. Not only was she the first woman to reach the position of command sergeant major of the U.S. Army Reserve But she has great wisdom that she shares through highlighting her experiences and sharing things she has learned along the way.
