Patricia Qaiyyim is an Air Force veteran. She was a military mom while she served in the military. Having children shaped her experience of service and she wanted to share her story and the story of others. Her new book Moms in the Military highlights the stories of women who continued to serve in the military after having children. Patrica reached out to me in the research phase of the book so it was fun to read some of the stories from women I had interviewed on the podcast. I'm excited to highlight Patricia's story this week on the podcast and highlight her new book.
